The OVA series contains 4 episodes.

The new OVA series Shakugan no Shana S Vol. 1 will be released on 23 Oct in BD/DVD format. It is about a short story in Itou Noidi illustration collection Gu-ren, which is Reshuffle.

Vol. II : February 2010
Vol. III: May 2010
Vol. IV: August 2010

If I am not mistaken, I heard that there will be Shakugan no Shana-tan Revenge and a special video of new OVA series as DVD appendix for the Shakugan no Shana II Official Guide Book.

As such, hopefully, there will be Shakugan no Shana Season 3 during fall 2010.

It's already confirmed that there will be a third Shana season after the OVA episodes. Only the date is not set yet.

Sorry, I should have made my meaning clear. What I really hope is that Season 3 will be aired during that period, which is after the release of 4th episodes of OVA.

It looks like we will have Shakugan no Shana-tan G, which is a completely different Shana-tan from Shana II Official Guide Book.

So does anyone know if Static-Subs is going to work together again with Eclipse in subbing the new OVA series, third season and new Shana-tan's. They subbed everything else from the past, so I thought it would be nice if they subbed all of the new upcoming stuff. I'm just curious.

They have released it! Thank you so much SS and Eclipse. You guys are the only sub group that I will stick with when it comes to Shakugan no Shana and many of your other releases.
