I suggest trying at the nearest place you can rent anime... (I actually have no clue if such a place exists... but there's one in hayate no gotoku so it must be true.)

NetFlix has anime rentals, and some of the bigger physical rental stores also carry some titles, usually in the "Foreign" section.
